A few things to know.
How do airport pickups work?
Select airport service and provide your airline and flight number. We coordinate the meeting location when confirming. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting after landing; additional waiting is $1.50 per minute.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellation inside that window costs 50% of the fare. No-shows are charged the full fare.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included. A 20% gratuity is suggested and optional.
How much waiting time is included?
15 minutes for standard pickups, or 60 minutes after landing for airport pickups. Additional waiting is $1.50 per minute.
Do you provide child seats?
Please call to discuss child-seat requirements before booking.
Is my ride confirmed immediately?
Your submission reserves the requested time as a request pending confirmation. We contact you to confirm. No payment is collected online.
How many people can travel?
Up to 6 passengers. Please provide your bag count so we can confirm luggage fit.
Do you offer round trips?
Yes. Select round trip and choose your return date and time. Each leg is priced separately and both times are reserved.
