Add-ons & waiting
Tolls, airport fees and parking are billed at cost. Gratuity is not included; 20% is suggested. Pickups between 11 PM and 5 AM carry a $20 surcharge per leg. Standard waiting: 15 minutes free. Airport pickups: 60 minutes free after landing. Additional waiting: $1.50/minute.
Cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellation inside that window costs 50% of the fare. No-shows are charged the full fare.
